By placing an order with MVP Athletics I expressly accept the terms and conditions stated below.
Branded and Private Label Products: We prohibit the placing of logos, emblems, or designs on our products that negatively impact the manufacturers brand-including without limitation, logos emblems, and designs that are obscene, vulgar, and/or gang-related in nature. The decoration of any garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution is strictly prohibited unless the appropriate license and/or authorization of the organizations or institutions permission is in writing, and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Ordering Terms & Conditions: We appreciate your order, however for confirmation purposes we will only accept your orders in writing, preferably digital. Even phone orders will require written confirmation.
Processing: Once your order is processed, there are no longer cash refunds. Refunds at that point will be reconciled with merchandise credit only. We will contact you about incomplete shipping instructions if needed.
Payment: Payment in full will be protocol for blank goods. Imprinted goods require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon shipment or pickup.
Returned Checks: Will be subject to a $40 per check charge and or all costs incurred for collection of funds. MVP Athletics accepts checks and all major credit cards.
Shipment: Shipment of goods is subject to availability and MVP Athletics expressly disclaims liability for any failure of delivery or damage during shipping. Shipping fees vary by weight, and each order has different production times-generally, we ship in 5 – 7 days.
Returns and Cancelled Orders: After being approved by MVP Athletics, returns will be assigned a Return Authorization #. The RA# must be clearly labeled and displayed on the outside of the returned merchandise. There is a 15% restocking charge assessed if the merchandise is returned un-worn and in new condition.
Refunds are merchandise credit only, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Contact MVP Athletics for return authorization and shipping address.
Art is the critical element for the reproduction of your image. We do accept customer provided art files however all files must meet the standards required for proper separations or digitizing: png, ai, cdr, and eps are the preferred formats.
